Rubber dough becomes the product with suitable methods and working equipment in high technology injection and compression presses in this section. Vulcanizing is a method to harden the rubber. It is a high temperature process which provides the strengthening of chemical bonds in the rubber mixture. It is often known as the cooking process and prevents the undeformed rubber dough from sticking, tearing, breaking or reattaching when it extends, which is already equivalent to the dough being pulp. This process can be carried out at different temperatures and at different times, depending on the inside of the cookers and chemicals.
