After the targeted mixture is ready as desired, our dough is directed to the dough line, where the dough is preformed and made suitable for vulcanization.

After the pre-forming process, it is tested whether the pre-shaped dough part provides the desired conditions in our laboratory again before the vulcanization process.

If approval is obtained from laboratory technicians, mass production of the part begins.
